Because the 'ego' makes you think that everything that you think or say is fact. The ego needs to feel the most important and special thing in the whole world. God forbid anyone else had a valid opinion or knew something that opposes what the know it all ego thinks................

Because so many people believe they are right and nobody else could possibly be! Depends on what the opinion is about though, if they have proof that what they are saying is right, then they have every right to do so. Sorry if that sounds a bit hypocritical.

I think that because some people are over-confident and they act over-smart, very much sure of what they are talking but the fact is that they are wrong .

Because they are identified with their opinions and thoughts and this forms part of their ego.

The greatest fear of the ego is its own death.

So by disagreeing with the opinion, you are attacking the ego and sparking off an unconscious fear of death.

Because we all consider ourselves to be the most important person in the whole wide world. and when we finally realise, in our hearts, that it is more important for others to be happy, we realise our opinion isn't really that important. and its cool.x
