I have a 2bedroom condo booked in Pagosa,Colorado for 1/13- 1/19, we cant go.?

This condo has fullkitchen ,washer/dryer,hot tub ect...

It's a shame you can't make it. That is beautiful country. If you hurry, and have read your contract with the Realtor or owner, and can transfer the contract......try E-Bay or Craig's List. Some folks would kill for a Condo in Pagosa this time of year. Skiing is "Great" right now. Lots of snow. Or you might try asking if you could use the Condo on a different date ---- and offer to pay a penalty.
