I suppose you mean showroom price, and not on-road (all cars will come over 3 lakhs on-road except the Maruti 800 and Omni).
The best car is the Indica Xeta GVS petrol which comes at the current discount at about 3.15 Lakhs on road (about 2.6 exshowroom). It is large and has more power than other cars in its class.
