Whilst at a friends house one night some people came to the house threatening to smash the windows, we rang he police as we were pretty scared. Nearly 2 hours later they had gone and we ended up ringing the police again to tell them not to bother coming. Luckily there was no damage done but there could have been and the police wouldnt have been there.

Really responsive - for all the stuff that don't matter. Like theres a small argument between a couple of people one day and 5 cars turn up and it all goes crazy. If you get robbed it takes em about all afternoon to turn up

So far, they have been very responsive for the situations that have occured to me or to my neighbors. They come pretty quickly! But, there was one time it took them awhile! But, as a whole, for me, they've done a supurb job. Now, for the rest of the city...that's a story for another time...

Well if it's not an absolute emergency, they take their damn time. I came home from work one night and the door to my house was wide open. It took them like 45 minutes to get there. I just sat in my car across the street, scared to go in.

The station is about 500 feet from my home and it only takes them 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to get to my house. (I feel so safe)

They're so bored that you'll have 7 cop cars responding to a domestic disturbance. I think that's all there is too, 7 cruisers.

It depends.... if you have a genuine worry, like someone trying to break into your house but you scare them off, they seem disinterested however if you have a banter with the bobbies on the street they're very friendly!!

I haven't had to call the cops since I lived in South Dakota- and they took half an hour to get there.. and I called because a drunk dude was in my yard threatening to burn my house down..
Good thing he didn't have matches.

They're only fast when they hear the fresh donuts being delivered at the local 7-Eleven
