okay I understand your dilema but dear you do not want to be anorexic, been there, done that, almost died. You can lose weight the best and old fashioned way and that is to drink plenty of water and exercise. Start off slowly with little exercises then as you go along, you can increase the exercises you wish to do. But honey don't starve yourself cause losing weight really fast can do damage to your inner organs than you know. I was 23 years old, only 5'3 and weghed only 60 pounds, which put me in the hospital for some time. A person can die. If you lose too much weight, your body will shut down and therefore you can lose your life. Your life is more important than weight loss trust me I've been there. Please do me a favor, talk to someone aobut your concerns before you decide to go the anorexic way please. Your life is so important. My best of luck to you. Take care of yourself.

I know weight can be a a very big issue, I'm 23 and 205. I'm trying to loose weight too but I vow to do it the healthy way.

Don't harm your body to loose weight! It can be very dangerous to your health as I'm sure you've heard.

Weight loss is a lifestyle change of both body and mind. Learning how to co-exist with food and eat less and exercise more.

Weight isn't everything!! I know we all wanna look like models but what's more important?? A size 2 or your life?

Think about it!

Believe me, you don't want to do either--both are psychological diseases which are terribly hard on your body, and can kill you. What you need to do is follow a sensible diet and exercise plan. A good diet is the diabetic diet, on which you eat three small meals, plus three small snacks at mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and bedtime. You get the following:

Breakfast:
2 servings of carbohydrates (15 carbohydrates--roughly a slice of bread or 3/4 cup of cereal)
1 Fruit
1 cup of milk (or yogurt)

Morning snack:
1 Fruit

Lunch:

2 servings of carbohydrates
2 vegetables (1 cup cooked, or 2 cups raw)
3 oz. of meat (about the size of a deck of playing cards)
1 fat (6 oz)--about the size of a pat of butter, or 1 tablespoon of salad dressing

Afternoon snack:

1 Fruit
1 Milk

Supper:

2 servings of carbohydrates
4 oz. of meat (about the size of the palm of your hand)
2 vegetables
2 fats

Bedtime Snack:

1 serving of carbohydrates
1 Milk

You can mix these up, as long as you are reasonable about it, and even save some up for later in the day, in case you are going out to eat, and plan on eating more.

It sounds like a lot of food, but because you're spreading it out over the day, your metabolism never shuts down, and your body processes it continuously--I lost more weight than I ever had before, even when I ate less, and it's good for you, too.

You're not fat. Why do people always think that? Blame the media....You don't want to be incredibly skinny, believe me.

Just eat healthy and exercise. Don't over eat. To avoid that, eat slower. Most people tend to eat fast, causing over eating because the body can't tell when it's full.
Don't under eat either. The body goes into self preservation mode and stores more fat instead of less.

You really should've chosen another way to word that question.

Please don't tell me you go on those anorexic websites of thinspiration. I just watched a document about that crazy crap. If you become one you will die and have bones of a 95 year old and you will end up eating disgusting pudding or have it in a tube because your stomach wont take all that food anymore. You wouldn't also be able to have a baby. Don't be stupid.

hmm, let me get this straight.. you want to be anorexic. Ok, be prepared for chronic constipation, no menstruation (difficulty conceiving too), loss of teeth as you get older, possible death at early age. Anorexia is a terrible disease to have, my sister has it and has suffered from all of these complications. Once you fall into that vicious cycle, it's almost impossible to get out. Please do not wish this on yourself. Start exercising, see your doctor and get a physical, join a gym, try weigh watchers, whatever, but do NOT get sucked in eating disorders!!!

OMG...what a (really) stupid aspiration! No offense! Aspiring to have an eating disorder is just idiotic. Do you want to ruin your body forever and possibly DIE?

Get help for this and lose weight with diet and excercise like you should. There is a price to be paid for taking shortcuts!

No, you don,t I am the same position but
don,t not want to starve myself because of it
plus you have to eat or you get lightheaded
or dizzy,losing to much weight to fast is
just as bad as too big, and sound like
you don,t like yourself, you are beautiful
and one of a kind,there is no one like you
Thank you lord this person may find peace
within herself to heal accept the things they
can change and accept the things they can change.also rem member you are meant to
be you and no one else if it,s for health reason
the get in shape otherwise love you. and
walk tall thank God for who you are. and smile
laugh and enjoy life once you start to feel good
about yourself then you will make that commit
meant to change eating habit that will last lifetime
not just temporarily.
