I don't think I'm understanding your question fully. You're wanting to take unprofessional medical practitioners to court? I don't think you'd have a case that way, unless you were specifically harmed.
What you can do is contact the medical licensing board in Texas (assuming you're talking about the San Antonio in Texas) and file a complaint. If you prepare a solid complaint, with lots of specifics, then the board will probably investigate, and that will eliminate the behavior that you're worried about.
One recommendation: Leave out the witches and warlocks language. Your complaint will be much more credible if you stick just to basic facts and let the board make their own judgment.
