I want to get married later on in my life and I want to know from the guys what makes a good wife? I mean I don’t know how to cook and I hate cleaning but isn’t there more to a wife then just cooking a cleaning?? I love to shop, eat, get my hair done and laugh.....could I be a good wife with just those qualities?

cooking and cleaning our important being a guy I know but guys should know how to clean and cook thats not something that should make or break a decision as far as if a person wants to be with you or not. Most important things in a relationship or marriage are how well you treat the person you are with. Show them loyalty show them trust, honesty the rest will come.

Honey, I'm not sure how old you are BUT...if shopping, eating and laughing are the things you enjoy...you need to expand your life a little!
No one can tell you what makes a good husband OR wife. It's an individual thing. Look for your best friend. Be a communicator. Be a good listener. Be kind. Know when to talk and when to listen.
Of course you can be a wife with the qualities or habits that you spoke of...I'm just not sure you will be a happy one. Use your heart, you will know when the man is the right one!

of course.... why not. if u think u are good, guess what u are. if u think that u suck, guess what you do ( eh no pun intended, lol). But, the point is be yourself and dont try to be someone you are not just to please him. Thats won't get you far. Admit your flaws, and be honest with him. If he accepts u for that, then thats great. If not, then its time to move on and find someone who does. My definition of good wife is, she can be the ugliest woman on the planet as long as she accepts me for who i am and vice versa, and doesn't lie to me. So, u need to stop worrying about whether or not ur "perfect", cuz no body is, and have confidence in yourself. The rest will take care of itself....

Nothing makes a perfect wife because nobody can EVER be perfect. Just be the best you can be and know that both you and your husband are going to have to be willing to make certain sacrifices to make each other happy. But NEVER EVER change who you are for anybody. Be yourself and let him love you for who you want to be, not for who he wants you to be! =)

Being that "there is someone out there for everyone"...I would suggest that you just be yourself. If they dont like you to begin with, then they shouldnt propose!!!
One thing that I do think should be there:
Support!!! You have to be there for hubby (of course he has to be a good too)

umm you pretty much have to give them sex all the time and clean and take care of the pets and let them stare at every other female that passes by and even when you are tired and PMSing you have to take their jokes and comments and not act mad EVER good luck
