i missed one day of my cycle pills (the white ones) can i be pregnant..i dont start my period till jan. 20th but i think i am getting it now, or at least im flowing, but very lightly and mostly just when i use the bathroom. I am having cramps, but thats about it..I am sexually active, he does pull out and i do alway take my pill regularly--ive been on it for 2 years...what should i do or thing about this.

Missing 1 pill should not affect you too much and is very unlikely to cause you to get pregnant.
See what happens with the bleeding. If it continues see a doctor. Its probably just a bit of breakthrough bleeding and nothing to worry about;

If, you're flowing/bleeding you're probably not pregnant.
To be sure do an OTC pregnancy test, so you won't worry.
If you miss a pill, double up the next day. I wouldn't
miss pills on a regular bases, this might interfere with not get pregnant.

Pills cannot be missed, You may be lucky this time, buy a home pregnancy test if you are really worried. Pulling out. Pleeeze! What is that suppose to do? That sounds like a male excuse.

Use backup protection and just wait it out and see if you do get your period or not. Even with taking the pill there is always a chance for pregnancy so you will have to just wait and see if you get your period. Backup protection in the meantime though.

When you miss one pill you have to take it as soon as you remember , or take two the next day . The cramps are probably period pains. Or you could have an infection.
