Probably not the best thing to say in a court of law, but IMO, I can see cases where it would hold true...

Like for child molestors, rapists, people who victimize the elderly...

they could all use a good 'killin'.

Nope. Not unless you're a licensed executioner or euthenasia is legal where you are and you have witnessed proof that the "victim" wished to die and had a medical reason that justified that wish.

Regrettable as it may seem, although there are plenty of people on this planet who would improve it greatly by not being alive, this is insufficient justification for killing them.
