In MS outlook how do i create a message in the bottom of my (composed) mail which will be sent alongside every mail i sent out? i mean like my contact address, phone etc

Create a signature. Open a new email message. On the menu bar select Insert>>Signature. It should allow you to create a signature at this point including your contact info.
