Paresh Rawal is great....
Earlier, Amitabh Bacchan has done some great comedies and we had Mehmood as well.

I also vote for Rajpal Yadav, Paresh Rawal,Johny Lever.
Paresh of course is more versatile and can do well in many differing roles including that of a villain. .
