I think she leaves her panties off for at least 3 reasons:
1) Easy access by whoever she meets on the dancefloor or in the car or hotel
2) She is like so many celebs, is hungry for attention
3)She has no self respect.
As to finding a filter, I don't know. Perhaps your local computer store will be able to help you.
