Is this a new symptom?
I would make an apt. with your doc. for a check-up.
It's difficult to diagnose your symptoms otherwise.

Sometimes you may spot bleed in between periods. That's normal. Bleeding also occurs at conception sometimes if you have had sex. But spotting is normal.
