Wireless printer adaptors only work for printers by the company that made them... sorry to say but it's true.

What adapter? The A/C adapter... a wireless adapter... some other kind?

As far as the A/C adapter, as long as the voltages match and the plug fits the Lexmark... yeah, I suppose you could, would I, probably not.

Concerning any other adapters you might have been thinking about, those are manufacturer specific for the most part like WiFi adapters or network printer adapters (though that depends, there are universal ones) were made for that specific brand/printer.
