If Microsoft takes over Yahoo! I would leave - they're gonna make us pay like 20 or 30 dollars a month just to have an email account, and maybe more to enjoy special features like Yahoo! Games, Answers, News, etc.

Don't cry about 5 points. What is that? Two answers and a vote. It takes longer to write an appeal.

I'd say almost never. I've protested several of my unfair violations, but never heard anything again, aside from automated responses.

No, they don't read the complaints. You'll just get a pre-typed letter. That's it.
