An associate at the department store I work at was cleaning out a fitting room. She picked up a pile of clothes, and among them, she found a USED ADULT DIAPER.
Doesn't get much nastier than that.

The kitchen in many restaurants, your desk at work, etc, all have more germs than your average public restroom toilet.
