Both. I collect antiques but then I packrat stuff like paper files from the mid 90's. (for that just in case moment that will in all reality - probably never come).

Personally, I pack my collection.I have the oppurtunity to recycle all the time.Once a lady called me and ask me if I knew anyone who needed some large clothes,I use xxl.But I told her yes, then a week later a lady I knew had went to visit an elderly lady that was wheel chair bound and could no longer get her clothes up easily(they fit perfect--hard to raise quickly)I gave her the sack of clean usable clothes...I was thanked several times for something I got for free...I pass stuff on.

im more of a packrat actually. i cant really throw anything out and it's all junk!

Yep. It's sort of a lifelong compulsive habit. I'm finally starting to do random purges and either donate stuff or just throw things away.
