YES, I had a negative home pregnancy test, but it turned out I was in fact pregnant. And, no, I wasn't haven't any symptoms at the time. I had been trying to conceive, so I was disappointed when the test was negative. But then a few days later, I went to the doctor because I thought I had a bladder infection (I've had one before and the symptoms were similar). They told me I had a urinary tract infection and that I was also pregnant. So, what good did it do me to spend money on a home test? I also had a positive pregnancy test once and it turned out I was not pregnant at all at the time. So, needless to say, next time I think I might be pregnant, I'm going straight to the doctor's office instead of wasting my time and money on home tests that don't work.

I wasnt experiencing any pregnancy symptoms that i was aware of but after my period was a week late, i did a test and it was negative. A week later, still no period, did another test and it was positive. So i didnt get a positive until 2 weeks after my missed period. That was 11 years ago :) The best of luck to you!

I took 18 HPT. I know that is excessive but I just knew I was pregnant. All of them were negative. I had very sore breasts (which I had never had before) I was sooo tired. Peeing all the time. Emotional. I can't think of anything else I was going through. I got a blood test and it was borderline. Just about made me cry. I didn't know they could do that. So.. 2 days later another blood test and it was positive. Good luck. I hope you have the outcome you want.

Home preganancy kits can produce false negatives, but hardly ever false positives.

As states by others, test with 3 different kits on 3 different days as per instruction on package.

Blood test is still the best test (conclusive)

Yeah...trust you intuition. Test it at home 3 times and 3 different times and then get a blood test if you are still sure...
