I'm thinking the first answer to a question gets three points, and every other answer still gets the standard two. Just a thought on my part.

I agree. It would make it more fun. Although, some people might not actually answer the question so much as type anything for 3 points. I guess it'd be too much of a hassle to moderate.

Maybe but it already irritates me when people post a blank answer first then edit it (more on the long technical stuff rather than in entertainment!) so I might just get more annoyed.
