No! But you do need some kind of help, probably a minister or counselor. He needs to see what it is that he should be doing about the situation so it can be handled by both of you in a healthy and reciprocal way. Maybe the relationship with your m-i-l can improve afterwards??

No you can't ask him to choose. You can ask him to respect your feelings on the matter. I am not sure what coming between your marriage entails but be firm with your requests and give him a little time to figure things out on his own with regards to his mom and your marriage.

Never ask a man to choose, that is more stressful than the problem its self. What you can do is tell him how you feel about this and let him know that you have had it, and that unless he finds a way to FIX it , that he may want to consider how he would like living with her.

You can't ask him to choose . You can however explain to your husband that you feel that her mettling is interefering in you marraige and that you feel that he should be more supportive of you and you can ask his mother to show more respect to your marraige.

if u make him choose maybe u will be the one who looses out and the one who gets left. never try and give an ultimatum that hurts people, he can't completely give her up.
