Um... no.

It depends on what you are cleaning out of it.

If it's an organic solution, I tend to wash mine out with acetone. The solution should be soluble in the acetone and you don't have to worry about about the little bit of water left in the end this way. Many or most organic solutions are not soluble in water.

If it's an acidic solution, I just use soapy water. Then I rinse with acetone to clear the water out and help it dry.

Just remember that likes dissolve likes when you are cleaning a pipette. If you aren't careful, you can wind up with some solids coming out of solution in the pipette if you use the wrong cleaning agent. That may be why you wanted to use bleach, but its better to use something that has less of a potential to harm you in case of an accident or splash of some sort.

Yes you can, but its better to dilute the bleach to 10% or so.
