Yes it is very good esp if you pour the apple sauce over the pork chops. Just make sure that the apple sauce is not 2 cold b/c it will not taste as well.

Apple butter's even better! Put a tablespoonful right on top of each chop as it's cooking and serve with the hot apple butter and hot buttermilk biscuits. Mmmm - ambrosia for the Gods - and best friends!

We never have pork chops or roast pork with out having applesauce, too. It just goes great together.
