I personally dislike this question due to the fact that it encourages girls and guys to pick parts of themselves that they 'hate'! Hate is an extremely strong word to use against others and yourself because it causes us to feel the NEED to PICK things about ourselves that we dislike.
We should all love how we look. Not in an arrogant way but in a confident way so we can love ourselves and be happy. Everyone IS beautiful. And it angers me that some people ask for others to PICK out their 'flaws'.
