oh for sure a chicken fillet, it is more of a white breast of meat, then you have your chicken patty which is processed chicken meat, so you are getting the left over chicken pieces that don't use, you know kinda how they make hotdogs, hotdogs are nothing more than the left over pieces of meat from a hog. Either way it's all pretty good to me, lol. But yeah I would prefer a fresher meat so go with the chick fillet.
