hello ..... i am using windows xp ..... i cant enter the command prompt from accessories .... they are showing "Another Program is currently using this file" ..... i hav also tried running from command.com .... but command such as netstat nd telnet is not working .....
If the prompt is really being used by another file ... how do i find out which nd how do i close it ???

Alt-Ctrl-Del should bring up Task manager, look in Processes...
No other task should be using command.com - check what's in your 'start' folder (maybe some *.cmd script is stuck).

My issues are that i'm 18 and that i don't have a job, I left college at 13-14 and in no way went lower back, I easily haven't any GCSE's and in no way something else, i can't get a job to assist my mum who's suffering per week to keep a roof over our head. i stumble upon it troublesome to fulfill new human beings, or to even go away the abode as i have self assurance that I easily have Agoraphobia and achievable Asperger's Syndrome - a lifeless ringer for my brother. Yeah existence is demanding, yet i'm attempting to pull myself mutually the perfect i can, one step at a time & all that.. merely experience fairly valueless each so often, suicidal thoughts have cropped up more suitable than once.. yet i don't believe of I easily have the balls to kill myself, or i might want to have performed it already.
