I just need a lap top with a flopy disc thing and under 400$ sooo ya a kinda cheap one!

The best bet for a cheap laptop which also has a floppy disc would be Ebay... typically I see laptops for about 500 cheapest when new and they come without floppies.
You can also purchase an external USB floppy drive.

You might try to find a good used one.
E-bay is a good site to buy from an individual.
You can also checkout closeout deals at tigerdirect.com
Locally you might be able to find something on Craig'slist...make sure you select a city near you first!!

you can always get them off the street 400$ or less CD/DVD burners all that good stuff
