I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you could have a bladder infection starting or a problem with your kidneys you MUST get medical help NOW or you will end up with a serious problem. Blood in your urine can be a serious condition. A simple urine test and a blood test will give an answer

There should never be blood in your urine, period or no. If you're seeing that, you need a doctor's visit very soon. It may be an infection that can be cleared up with an antibiotic, or it may be something much, much more serious. See your personal physician right away.

It could mean that you have a kidney problem or it could mean that you have an infection of the urinary tract. Either way and what ever the cause it needs a doctors opinion. Best of luck.

you probably have a UTI (urinary tract infection). try drinking lots of water, and stay away from soda and sugary drinks for a while. the water will help cleanse your system.
but seeings that it could be caused by something more severe, you really need to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

You probably have a urinary tract infection (UTI) and you need to go to the doctor for some medicine to get rid of it. If it burns when you urinate this is probably what it is, and it's very common for women to get them. Please call your doctor.

you might have endometriosis.
The lining grows outside the uterus and attaches itself everywhere, each month you bleed, it bleeds too- It can grow into the bladder too, hence the blood in my urine after your time is over for the month-
see your GYN and have them do some tests.
