Nothing, there is nothing in the human race can do about global warming. Global warming is a trend that the earth goes through. There has been farming on Greenland, which is all ice. England used to make there own wine, and they can't do it anymore. So all you tree huggers quit coming up with all these scientific figures and quit worrying about something that we, as a humane race, can't control. GEEEEESH

with any issue you have to write your senators, and house reps on both the national level and state level. also write a letter to the president. let them know your thoughts on the issue. if you word the letter in a calm intelligent manner it will get more attention then a letter that has rants and political down with the government stuff.

the problem is people complain to each other but never let their thoughts be known to the people who are voted into office.

global warming is an issue but what can we do? a lot of the complainers aren't changing their habits, so why would anyone else change?

Every America and Foreign citizen of any governmental agency should take a stance and protest this issue on a global scale, targeting the world commerce industry. By protesting, our industry leaders may change their views on how product is processed and refined, which contribute to global warming.

What do you want the government to do? What can they do? Global warming is largely a natural phenomena that occurs every so often on earth. If you went to school, you would know that earth has gone thru cycles of warming and cooling (i.e. ice ages). Granted, human actions may have caused some of what we see today via pollutions and cutting the rain forest. Our presence and increasing population is no help to the environment.

Why do you think the government is responsible? It is yours and my responsibility. Everyone should just do their part. What that is is for you and me to figure out.

I am waiting for real proof that global warming is man made first.
When Al Gore said the debate is over told me the debate is far from over because nobody in science worth their salt is going to make a definative statments like that.
We have 30 or maybe 300 years of global temperature data out of plante that is about 5 billion years old.

We can't tell what the weather is going to be like next week let alone 100 years.

have proof of global warming.the earth is 4 billion years old. we have only had acurate record keeping for 150 years. people that think they know what is happening to the planet, or is good for the planet are just as accurate and the psychic hotline. has anyone ever thought to examine that the beginnings of our recordkeeping was a time of cold? i have heard several times that the 1300's to 1850 is reffered to as a "mini ice age." there were times that the river Themes in London froze. maybe now is just getting back to normal. a 500 year cold temp versus the warm era we are now in, shoots down global warmng to me

Fight Ignorance. Sell the SUV to a Arab. Strike. It worked in South Africa. No one with even half a brain would drive a hummer to work the mall or the store. Elect Democrats. All Republicans are mush like Rush and Bush, they call Global Warming a "liberal" contrived problem. Hug a tree.

I'll post my answer when someone posts a link to undeniable, irrefutable, substantiated proof that what is happening now in certain areas of our planet has never ever occurred ever before in the 5 billion year history of our planet.

Form a collective.... it's the only way any form of social/cultural/environmental revolution has take place. The more people to question the actions (or inactions) of a government, the more chance you have of your hopes being realised. Power to the people!!!!!
