HAHA good question battling that myself . .well heres what i've come up with so far . .I'm going to tell my family I will hear their views but in the end my mind is made up and its my body and my self confidence. Now i'm a medium A and i just want to go to a big B or small C nothing too big very natural. and i will let them know the size that i want then i'm just going to break it down liek i thought this over i've researched all about it and my appointment is ____ for my implants now don't freak out i'm not doing it for show i'm doing it to feel better about my appearence just like us girls put on make up dye our hair and buy nice clothes. good luck and congrates when you get them!

On the opposite end of the spectrum, I had a Breast Reduction. Some of my family just didn't understand why I would get that done, so out of frusteration, I yanked up my shirt and bra and said 'look at these! Now do you understand?!'.
They certainly did from that day on!
Now, I don't reccomend you do this...LOL...and I know that even as adults(you are one aren't you?) we seek the approval of our familes. But, in the end its your body and you're the one who has to live with it. A family that truly loves you, will be there for you whether they support your idea or not.

Don't tell them and see if they notice.
I wore padded bras pre surgery so the actual surgery itself wasn't so noticeable to them until I wore a bathing suit. Then I told them I had it done years ago, lol. Goodluck.

i wouldn't tell them either, i would wait and see if they noticed, and if they are upset just tell them that you are sorry they are upset, but it is just something you had to do for yourself to improve your self image and you hope they7 understand
