Feebras is found on route 119, you'll have to start at the very top in the water and head down. Feebras is only found in six spots and you'll have to use a good rod to find it. Try three times in each spot and head down.

this will take a long time to answer but it is on a certain route (cant remember which one) and you just fish on every single spot on the river until eventually you will catch a feebas i think its route 116 or something.

i own ruby fly 2 dewford talk 2 the guy about the trendy phrase he'll say about a phrase and ask u if it's trendy say no then think of another phrase 2 tell him if he likes it he'll say it's trendy then fly back 2 rt 119 to catch by using your old rod or good rod that's what i read good luck :)
