One may not do to much harm.
now, put the rest either in the bin, of in a top drawer out of the way.
now, relax and give your health visitor/midwife a call and have a chat with them.

Id be really surprised if this would harm the baby in any way. Perhaps the best way to look at it is think of all the women who smoke, get drunk and do drugs before they realise they are pregnant and most go on to not have any probs. Also you may have noticed that nearly all meds/vitimins etc say if preg do not take, consult GP first...and usually its just a precaution they put on packaging to protect themselves. Im sure you will be ok but for reassurance if you cant talk to a doctor (or NHS Direct if you are in the UK) then you could always phone a pharmacies...people often overlook these proffessionals who are trained to know what is or isnt safe to take. Failing that you could talk to a midwife at your local hospital....goodluck!!

err you asked yahoo answers? Common sense would say go to the GP/Doctors? Take the vitamin with you. go now. No need to worry, if you took one, but go anyway.

don't panic most vitamins are completely safe to take during pregnancy(you get them for free if your on benefits while pregnant so if they were bad for you the government would not do it would they) if you start to feel unwell call your midwife or nhs direct and they will advise you

One shouldn't matter at all. But, you should be taking pre-natal vitamins anyway. You need to go ahead and get them and leave the rest of that stuff alone.

Call a doctor. I doubt if one tablet will make a difference, but it's best to be sure.
