And how long have you watched it? I guess I would have to say Victor/Jack and Phyliss are my favorites. I love them all but they are my top 3. I hope Phyliss gets best Actress this year. She is an awesome actress and she can change her personalities so well. I have watched Y&R since I was about 10years old.

right now my favorite actress is Michelle Stafford who plays Phyllis. She is very talented and this storyline with her playing Sheila is one of her best.I love Chrisitan La Blanc who plays Michael Baldwin,he goes from bad to good to slightly bad like a pro. Oh and I cant standSharonCase who plays Sharon Newman. What a snob!! I have been watching Y&R since it debut back when the main focus was on the Brooks,foster and abbott families

I have been watching Y&R since I was about 7 years old, so I guess about 20 years. My all time favorite character is the ever invincible, Genoa City pimp, Victor Newman. All the women love him and all the men want to be him. He is the absolute best. If Victor dies, there will be no reason to watch the show. I have also come to love Michael Baldwin and Kevin Fisher, they are incredible actors and have done really well with their story lines these last two years. My favorite actress would be Phyllis; she has been awesome since day one and now that they have her playing this double role (Phyllis/Sheila) she is even better. Y&R rocks!!!

I've watched off and on for over 20 years. My fav - Phyllis, then Crazy Sheila. You're right about Phyllis being an awesome actress; I've seen her go from psycho who tricked Danny into marrying her and tried to kill Christine by running her over with a car, to a sincerely caring individual who regrets a lot of things she's done in the past, and has grown from her mistakes.
Sorry, but I can't STAND Victor, and if Nikki doesn't stop whining, I'm going to smack her down.

I guess I would pick Paul. He has been on the show for years and like him. He is a very caring person and goes out of his way for everyone. I liked Victor when he was sick, but now that he is back to his old self, I don't like him. He tries to run everyones lives, and he can't even take of his sometimes. As for Philis, well, shes a good actress, and like you said has come a long way. She can still be bad though. I did not think it was o.k. for her to enjoy taking Nick away from Sharon like she did. I have watched Young n Restless for over 30 years and seen alot of changes on that show.

I realize that it's unusual for a guy to watch soaps, but I got hooked about 10 years ago when I broke my leg playing football in high school.
My favorite character is Jack. I can't stand Gloria and I loved it when he put her stuff in trash bags and kicked her out of the house after John died.
I like Brad too. He's a badass.

Yeah, I like Phyllis a lot. It's gonna be fun watching her play both herself and Sheila. I want her and Jack back together.....I absolutely HATE Phyllis and Nick together!! I betcha anything that that is Jack's baby not Nick's. I've only been watching maybe 10 years. My co-workers used to watch it all the time at work so they got me watching it too. :)

my mom always watched it. I've seen a lot of episodes, but I'm not a watcher. But I would say that Nick is my favorite. He looks like my brother.
