It sounds like a good idea, though imposing it is a bit heavy-handed.
What would do these people a lot of good is actually living in a flat-share full of people of other ethnicities. And then a second and then a third in subsequent years.
Imagine what they night learn there in terms of not being able to generalise about their traits and attributes.

I agree but first of all I would make all politicians take the IQ test first to ensure we get a reasonable degree of intellect in the people who are supposed to lead us in case they turn into Dictators who will create and lead the people you mention.

It's got nothing to do with iq - it's all about indoctrination.
Perhaps haivng a licence to have a child, requiring the passing of several vigorous tests, would be more practical.
BTW - why doesn't brainwashing work in a positive way - why can't we brainwash ourselves into good things?

I think they tests for social skills, emotional skills and leadership skills rather than IQ. These people r social and emotional retards and thats what the problem is

Boy are you stupid. I was one of the valedictorians in my graduating class that was awarded the Academic Excellence award and I'm a Conservative Republican. And every time I take an IQ test for fun and giggles I constantly get a score near 180. So I think it's the people on the left that need to undergo IQ testing.
