It could either be an outer yeast infection which does happen occassionally and can be helped with yeast infection medicine and vagisil.
Or it could be something called Vulval Vaginitis which is a skin irritation of the outer vagina. My daughter was diagnosed with this recently and we were told to use Hydrocortisone creme on it.
Either way you should go see a doctor about it and get it diagnosed correctly so you know what medicine you need.In the mean time Vagisil should help you....

Sounds like a yeast infection. You could buy over the counter products for it or eat Yogurt. The natural bacteria in the yogurt will help to clear it up.
Don't have intercourse, you could spread it to your partner.
If you have been on antibiotics...they are almost sure to give you a yeast infection.
Good luck to you.

You may have just been a bit too conscientious about cleansing. That's a lot of delicate skin and tissue down there, and it is quite easily inflamed by harsh soaps and cleansers and douches. Your best source of information is your personal physician. She can tell you how to properly care for your entire body, including the most intimate parts.

Take a hot bath 2 or 3 time this week with a half a box of baking soda. If that doesn't work talk to your Gyno.

That area is prone to itching for no apparent reason. Try some over-the-counter Vagisil. That usually stops the itch.

it is the infection and before it reaches a bad stage just rush to the doctor otherwise it can result in swelling reaching upto your fallpian tubes. So take care, if u are married then take him along with you as it is possible to have got this infection from him. Doctor might prescribe antibiotics for him also. ALSO abstain from sex or masturbation for at least fifteen days...

Apply coconut oil for couple of days. Alternatively, apply Kailas Jeevan an ayurvedic ointment which is too good for any type of skin condition.
