You used to lose a lot. Nowadays the air conditioning is very efficient. If you leave the a/c off and just use the internal vents (which probably have warm air), you'll do best, but if the choice is between a/c or windows, you get more drag with the windows.
Back in the 1970s or so, this was a valid question - a/c took a major toll on gas mileage. Nowadays it's so common and efficient, it effectively doesn't count.

You don't lose any. They are still there. A small amount of engine power is being used to turn the compressor, but far less than would be used to overcome the drag resulting from driving with the windows down. Set your climate control for the temperature you want the vehicle interior to be, and forget it.

On the mythbusters they showed that it is more economical to use air conditioning than it is to drive with the windows down.
