Supervisors do not distribute the work load evenly and are also under great pressures to get the carriers out on the street as fast as possible.
Supervisors do not always have people skills and push and motivate improperly, unconcerned about whatever personal problems the carrier may be having.
Carriers are under pressures to get ALL the mail out, but only have "X" amount of time to do so.
Adding to this, the probabtion period is badly mishandled by the supervisors, so people you wouldn't even trust to take out the trash gets jobs, and more problems ensue
