Personally I think the sickest thing I've seen anyone do is have a screen name on Yahoo Answers such as "Mrs.Cena" or "Cena's Girlfriend" or "I <3 Cena" SO sorry you delusional heffers but the man is taken! GET OVER YOURSELVES!

January 2001 at WCW Sin when Sid Vicious jumpped off the top rope and snapped his leg in half. Sick stuff. If you wanna see it search Sid leg break on YouTube. The bottem half of his leg danggled in the air and you can see it snap in half.

You want sick, just refer to Tommy Dreamer a couple of years back when he had some beef with The Undertaker (during his American Badass days). Tommy Dreamer spilled vomit all over 'Taker. He used the same toothbrush he used for his bulldog...he did stuff with ****, vomit, spit....Tommy Dreamer was one wickedly sick person. Watch the tapes and you'll see what I mean.
