If I upgrade to the $14.95 supposedly faster version, will it really make a difference?

You might notice a tiny sliver of a change, but you really need to get broadband if you want a real speed increase.

Dial up just can not keep up in a modern Internet full of video streaming and music downloads.

LISTEN TO ME! i had netzero, and it was the slowest of all, its not going to make a difference. I HIGHLY SUGGEST FOR YOU TO GET ANOTHER INTERNET!

Not really. It's dialup and dialup is slow.
