Out through the aortic semilunar valves into the aorta, part of which goes directly to the heart muscle itself. The aorta is the largest artery in systemic circulation and takes the blood to various arteries which then distribute blood to the body in general. Blood from the RIGHT side of the heart goes to the lungs to be reoxygenated and is returned to the LEFT side for systemic circulation.

I agree with the last writer.
From the left heart, simply put, blood is then pumped via the aorta, up and down, to the upper and lower body. The left heart is receiving blood from the ling, so it is reoxygenated and ready to replinish the body with the much needed oxygen it is carrying.
