how to play the game rummikub?

its a game played similiar to rummy but it is played with little hard tiles similiar to dominoes.

It is almost identical to Gin Rummy as you play it with cards. You draw from the "boneyard" instead of a draw pile. You try to make sets of tiles that earn you points.

do you have to name the color of a tile when you use the joker as part of a set of the same numbers?
