If I could change one part of my body it would be my hair and I would make it thicker and less wavy. It probably wouldn't cost too much to get done but I don't care about it enough to fork out cash!

I would change my right knee, I broke it some time ago, and it is now not as good as it was before. I can`t jump and land on both feet, I can`t come down the stairs three at a time, climbing ladders, although still possible is not as easy as it was. I really would like to have full use of it again. I have no idea how much it would cost, certainly the N.H.S. will not pay for it!

I think I'm well made, not beautiful and a little overwieght. Weight is something that i can change naturally, so that would be the only thing I would change. Never got a tatoo, never even pierced my ears. I don't wear make up either. There are no religious reasons for me being this way, I just am.

I would change my skin. I'd like chameleon skin, that I could change to suit my mood and the background.

I guess it would have to cost a whole lot, cos I'd have to go into suspended animation (cryogenics?) until man comes up with the technology to make it happen.

I might want to change my tongue, I'd like a sommelier's tongue, or a pornstar's. That'd be quite cool too.

i think that human body is an ideal natural organism. I don't think about changing one part of my boby, for me it is more important to use properly and at the maximum some parts of the body. I would be happy to use my 100 of the human brain capacity. that would be a real miracle!

I have a four inch scar where a glass tumbler hit me in the face. Lost the use of my eye too..! Quite a nasty looking injury, but whats done is done. I had the cash for cosmetic surgery last year (a small windfall) but spent it on a lavish holiday for myself, my wife and kids. People should accept you for who YOU are. If they cant, their not worth knowing. If you cant either, thats where the problem really is.

i would have my stomach done and probly lipo between thighs, have a boob lift and eyes laszered and thats about it, dread what i will think when im older im only 25 and if i could afford it i would have all the above done straight away, but then my boyfriend likes the way i look but it still dont make me happy, im not hugely overweight but could stand to lose a stone but still surgery would make things tighter than dieting and exercise could and sooooo much quicker!!!!!!, oh, if only i were rich !!!!!!

I would not spend money changing my body. What would be the point? Surgery costs pain, do you like pain?
