I had a Buick that did that once. It really did have water in it. About 2-3 inches deep in the back seat floorboard. It was leaking in around the gasket to the back windshield. The first answer was probably on the right track. Check for clogged drain holes in the doors, and the sunroof if you have one. Inspect the weather stripping around the doors and windows where the water is. Repair or replace as needed.

Weigh anchor and have a look at the roof! Could be the drainage channels in the roof blocked if you have a sunroof

Your brake pads are worn to the metal get them changed quickly , or they will damage the brake discs and you will need them as well , if you dont already, depends how long you have been driving on them

your sills are full of water,, drill a small hole in the sills and the water will drain,,
