when you look up " tough " in any dictonary it says ( see bad a**) when you look that up there is a picture of the Leader of the Chicago Bears Defense , Number 54 Brian urlacher , and for anyone who thinks that tom brady dodged him is wrong , he thought brady would slide and if he hit him after the slide then it wouls have been a 15 yard and auto 1st down , all thanks to these unbelievably stupid rules of roughing the passer and no taunting stuff like this makes football like like a little p**sy version of itself . NO TAUNTING , lets not hurt each others feeling , hey if the other team could have stopped them then theyd have no reason to taunt , they should be able to taunt , might give the other team some momentum , and why is the horse collar flag only thrown if a bears player does it ??i see it in every game and it dont get called on any other team, the refs need to be more consistant in their play calling , football is a shell of what it used to be , sorry about the ramblin but i get so mad sometimes ,, GO BEARS !!!

B. Urlacher is a very tough player. Toughest? No. That would HAVE to go to Brett Favre. His consecutive start streak is amazing. What is even more amazing than the streak is the fact that 85% of the time he is "hurt" in one way or another. Hope this helps.

Calling a single player the toughest is rather difficult in such a tough man's game. I will say that he is certainly one of the most skilled and talented guys in football, and anyone says he is overhyped and overrated needs to open his eyes watch a few games. Remember that the tampa cover 2 system run by Lovie Smith also puts him in a lot of coverage situations, instead of being free to blitz and react to the play immediately. Even so, the guy is around the ball on every down.

Not when he can be dodged by quarterback Tom Brady, who is not very quick on his feet.
