you must change the SIM card, and get a new number that way. call your phone company so they can tell you what to do.

Call your cell phone provider and request a change. Most will charge a fee of about $10 billed to your bill.

You have to call your service provider and speak to them on it. For metro pcs it is $5, I'm not sure for the others. Good Luck!
