Since you have an incompetent cervix, I would really express quickly to my doctor what's going on. You know, just to be on the safe side. Good luck!! Oh and Congrats!

Where is the pain?? When I was pregnant I had a problem with my round ligament it hurt sometimes and there really wasn't anything to do for it, sometimes a warm compress, or warm shower helped but other times I just had to take it, and I thought they felt like contractions in the beginning. I also had a friend and the way her baby was positioned inside her when she sat down the baby would put a lot of pressure on her ribs, and it hurt a lot, but also something she just had to deal with. Just a couple suggestions, hope they help. Good Luck, and Congratulations!

The location of where the pain is coming from matters. also going by your pregnancy history it will be advisable to observe this pregnancy more closely, go see your doctor

Call your doctor and describe the pains to them. They will know if you should come in.
