Does any one tell me the procedure on "How to import electronic goods from China to India"?

I would like to order some 50 Pcs of memory sticks from CHina to India. I would like to know shipment procedure, custome clearence and other related things. Any help appreciated

You're talking major dollars here. Is it for personal use, or resell ? A lot, or a little ? You may need an import license for this. Electronics made in Japan are much higher than they are in the PRC.
