I wouldn't need a physical weapon, my mind and dry sarcasm would crush the enemy, humble them really.
I would want to be a bit taller than I am in reality, perhaps 5' 6" or so. My costume would be business suit, I would have long candy apple red fingernails and lip stick. Everyone in their board room would be in awe of my financial prowess and ability to raise money for good causes. My cause of choice would be Not-for-profit social service agencies that help the homeless. I would fly right in to major company business meetings and then
I would lure greedy businessmen into doing something productive and proactive in their communities.
When I got home at night, I'd be much more subdued and softer, I'd change into Levi's and pink sweatshirt and bake some cookies.

Intelligent or Dumb -- always intelligent, but -hey- I know when to play dumb. heh heh heh.
Boss or Henchman -- henchman only when it suits me, or until I topple the boss.
Funny or Sad, I am programmed for and capable of a full range off emotions, you insensitive brute, (sob, sniff), (heh, heh) nah, just yanking your chain.
Cruel or righteous? (Yes, a villain can be a victim of circumstances too) -- Oh, alas, how many times must I be crushed under the wheels of this cruel world, but I remain staunch and upright, a defender of the poor beleagured penguin!

Definately a man of few words. The dark, silent type whose actions are purely evil and intricate in design. My powers would be unbelievably destructive and used liberally in almost all circumstances. A certain look in my eyes would be the only warning of my impending and completey devastating wrath.

Surely I'd be evil, but more of a chaotic than sadistic evil. Tall and says few things, but known to be right when he speaks. Demanding of respect and not lacking in the look of power, but still able to scheme with the best of them.
