I just finished The Tome of Adon by Cole Henry. It's a fantasy story but you have to look hard for the "magic". The author makes everything so believable. I love the characters. I tend to like books where the characters become real to you. The story takes place in a very interesting world and though it's over three hundred pages it ended too soon.

just finished jack Osbourn's book and now in the middle of the Courtnay love book both great reads. For someone younger than me he has been through so much but that's what happens when u grow up in such an obscure family. And the Miss Love book is pretty dame good too a real rags to riches story.

I 'm reading we need to talk about Kevin by Lionel Shriver. Its a series of letters from the mum of a teenage murderer who massacres 9 people at his school to the dad. At first I thought it was seeming kinda one-sided and a bit too uch hard work cause I'm used to reading fairly easy crime/detective fiction but I'm hooked now. So draws you in til you are the same as the mumwondering what made him turnout a mass murderer.

History as it truely was. My own life with other stories I have saved for 40 years. All tied together with a family I call WEED.
If you like true stories check my site at www.wizeoldphart.com for a preview of "MY" books. True stories of kids growing up during the 40's and 50's. Pee your pants funny with a few tears. After the first book I had so many emails from my readers that I wrote the second. THE GOOD WEEDS and THE FAMILY WEED.
Thanks, Wayne

I'm currently reading the "Tripod" it is a trilog last published in the 1980's of an alien race invading earth....
... it is one of the best early science fiction books... i recommend it very much....
... a modern sci-fi choice would be "The Cell" for Stephen King, it is absolutely a book to read.
