Last year I had the heater core replaced. For about 3 months now, I have steam/smoke coming out of the front of my car and once the car is running all I smell is antifreeze. I took it back to the mechanic and they did a quick look and stated nothing seems to be leaking. Any suggestions??

Also, I have noticed that my headlights are foggy. (And there aren't any cracks)

Get them to pressure test your cooling system it is a simple test to find leaks.

First, check the front passenger floor for wetness (or just outside the passenger door too). Put a large piece of cardboard below your car for overnight or a few hours during the day. It will catch any leaks from your engine. If you see the greenish or pinkish color of the anitfreeze then you can go get a second opinion.
Did your mechanic do a pressure test when you dropped by?
