Westside Park in Chicago was reported to have a 560 foot center field, but it is not confirmed.

Hill Top Park, Washington D.C. built in 1902, 542 feet to center field.

P.S. All those who think it is the Polo Grounds are wrong, Polo Grounds did however have the highest Centerfield fence at 56 feet tall. 19 feet taller than the Green Monster in Fenway.

According to Ballparks.com, the Polo Grounds has played center field at over 500 feet four times in its existence: 1930, 1940, 1944 and 1949-1951. It opened in 1911 and was demolished in 1964.

Hilltop Park had a very deep center field. It was 542 ft.

In all currently active baseball fields, I think Minute Maid Park, home of the Astros has the deepest center field (about 435 ft.)
